Vorlumenzle offers a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery for all Zoratrixil orders placed through this website. Returns are accepted for unused or minimally used products in their original packaging, subject to the conditions set out below.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date as shown in the tracking information
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • No more than 10% of the product has been used (if opened)
  • The product has not been damaged, altered, or contaminated by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Products that are more than 10% used
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Orders placed with incorrect personal details that cannot be verified

4. How to Initiate a Return
